On Old Federal Road, the challenge was to create a versatile outdoor dining and entertaining area near the kitchen and living room, and a secluded pool space at the lower walkout level. The solution involved terracing the lawn to smoothly transition between the upper living area and the lower pool space. A strategically placed retaining wall along the rear property line facilitated a level area for the pool. The integration of a fire pit into the lower pool area, coupled with a connection to an existing covered area, created a shaded, tranquil retreat perfect for relaxation and entertainment.
