This Glenview estate features a residence that embodies symmetry and beauty. Its large 2nd story porch overlooks the pool, patio, and extensive lawn. The existing structure and landscape are harmoniously integrated with new design elements, such as an expanded patio, to accommodate a pool addition. The pool area’s limestone and turf details mirror the existing patio. The established planting scheme was merged with new seasonal designs, and new stone walls were integrated into the old ones. Multiple outdoor entertainment spaces were designed for balance and flow, including a custom stone gas fire pit, a bar area with a TV, fire bowls & stone pedestals by the pool, and contemporary seating areas. The pool also features laminar jets and a spillover edge.
