Nestled in the serene woods of Glenview, this private home exudes a unique mid-century modern charm, accentuated by creekstone and cedar details.
The project presented a challenge due to limited access to the site, but our creative solutions transformed this space into a hidden gem. We reimagined a dated pool area and pool equipment room into a stylish pool house structure, complete with a spacious kitchen island for entertaining and watching games on the TV.
The lower outdoor living area received a makeover as well. An outdated pergola and deck were replaced with a covered deck featuring a built-in grill and bar area, enhanced by a custom wood-burning fireplace.
