The front entrance welcomes visitors with a classic, traditional feel, featuring a pea gravel motor court lined with granite cobblestones. Stately American Boxwood and Hydrangea, framed with low Boxwood hedges, anchor the home's architecture. Majestic Natchez Crape Myrtle trees and an American Hornbeam hedge frame the entrance. In the backyard, a preserved specimen Oak tree enhances views of the Ohio River, while a custom pergola complements the landscape. The rear yard blends pea gravel, cobblestone, and brick for a seamless transition from the front. A covered deck leads to a brick patio, offering a sitting area, dining space, and cozy garden with Limelight Hydrangea.
