This beautiful Simpsonville, KY home sits on a serene 10-acre private lake and is warmly introduced by an active vineyard as you enter the property. The project unfolded in multiple phases over several years, beginning with a terraced limestone patio and seat walls that seamlessly integrated into the existing concrete patio, using stone that matched the home’s architecture. Thoughtful plantings were added around the patio to blend with the existing garden, curated to reflect our client’s refined eye for design and passion for gardening. The second phase introduced a custom gunite pool nestled into the lower garden and positioned to connect visually and physically with the home’s walkout lower level. Stone retaining walls were implemented to provide generous entertaining space around the pool while blending effortlessly with the property’s existing walls. Custom composite steps were then added from the screened porch, creating an inviting and functional transition down to the pool area.
