The Yancy Lane project features an enhanced outdoor living space and covered patio addition that truly extended our client's living space to the outdoors. We transformed the existing covered patio by removing a post to open up the area and seamlessly connect it with a lower patio. We introduced a Pennsylvania bluestone patio to unify multiple outdoor areas, creating a spacious and inviting environment for dining. The surrounding brick seatwalls thoughtfully link the patio to the home's architecture, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.
